Rooted Women is a supportive, in-person community for women in business who want to grow with intention.

We gather once a month at Twisted Roots Studio to learn, connect, and share in a welcoming, grounded space.

It’s part learning circle, part networking, part soul-care for entrepreneurs—designed to help women feel rooted in who they are, while expanding what they’re building.

Together we’ll share ideas, networking, & support each other - through business & life.

Christina Coulson

Christina is a lifelong educator with a passion for creating supportive, engaging & meaningful experiences. Known for a calm, encouraging teaching style, Christina founded Twisted Roots Studio in 2022 after seeing the need for her community to have a space to connect with themselves.

Before becoming a life coach, I served as a paramedic firefighter, working on the front lines where clarity, courage, and calm under pressure weren’t optional—they were survival skills. In moments of chaos and crisis, I learned how to assess what truly matters, take action, and lead with compassion. Today, I bring that grounded presence into my coaching, helping women navigate life’s emergencies—burnout, overwhelm, transition, and self-doubt—with strength and confidence. I don’t just help you dream of a better life; I help you stabilize, rebuild, and rise with the resilience of someone who knows how to move forward when everything feels on fire.

I’m an outdoor-loving hiker who believes the clearest breakthroughs happen when you put your feet on the trail and your heart back in alignment. Life has taught me that growth isn’t found in rushing or forcing—it’s built step by step. As an art therapist & coach, I help women reconnect with their inner strength, trust their pace, and move through life with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Whether we’re navigating a steep season or enjoying a wide-open view, I guide my clients to build a grounded, confident life that feels as steady and expansive as the mountains they’re meant to rise into.
